Bonnie
Bonnie was born in Springfiled, Ohio, on October 9, 1959. She was raised in a little town just 8 miles from Springfield,
the town of South Charleston. She has a sister (Linda) 11 years older than her, and a brother (Jeremy) 1 year older. Bonnie's
parents have since passed away, Betty in December 1996, and Bob in September 2004. Linda and Jeremy both live out of state
and have families of their own. Unfortunately, we don't get to see them very often.
Bonnie and I were married on September 29, 1979, in the United Methodist Church of South Charleston. Rev. Richard
Steigleder was the minister, assisted by Revs. G. Richard Bell and Wendell Freshley. The knot they tied has lasted almost
29 years.
Bonnie works for a company which packages Medical Testing Supplies.

Mom
My mom has recently moved back to Mason, Ohio, which is only about 30 minutes from where we now live. Since this is the
first time in 20-some we haven't been 3 hours apart, we get to see her quite often, which is nice. We're trying to make up
for all those years when we lived so far away. She's retired, but stays quite active with Church and the Senior Center, not
to mention shopping! haha! Recently she celebrated her 75th birthday, and we had a big party for her at her church.

I hope to add some pictures and other information about my grandparents and other family members here... at some point...
if I ever get around to it... such big intentions, so little time! haha

Dad
My dad, Bill, died of cancer in 1986. Unfortunately, I never got to know him since he moved away after my parents divorced.
However I have been privileged to meet his second wife, Bertha (Bert), who has since passed away also. In recent years, I've
been able to be in touch with my cousins and aunt and uncles on my dad's side of the family. Though we haven't met, except
over the phone and in emails, I'm hoping we will have the chance to meet someday in person.

My Kids
"Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord: happy is the man that hath his quiver
full of them." (Psalm 127: 3, 5)
"Where children are not, heaven is not."
"Children are poor men's riches."
Born November 22, 1983, Sara graduated in 2006 from Otterbein College with a degree in Art. She
is a talented artist, and -- hopefully, if I can get my hands on it! haha -- some of her work will be showcased on this site.
Presently she is living in Columbus working for Blockbuster, and just been promoted to store manager, and doing some
freelance commercial art design, while hoping to find something more permanent in her field.
Lindsay, born May 16, 1986, is finishing up her Accounting degree at Southern State
Community College, and then hopes to follow-up with a second degree in Business Management. She is still living at home,
and works at Kroger while she finishes her schooling.
Evan was born September 24, 1990. A Junior at Batavia High School, he plays tuba and
Sousaphone in marching band, and tuba and trombone for the Mighty Dawgs Jazz Band. Recently he got a "3" (highest
score) for his solo ensemble on tuba, and has just finished participating in the Land of Grant Honors Band. He is practicing
with Cincinnati Traditions, a drum & bugle corps, and hopes to go to Rochester, NY, when they perform there later this
year. (Who knows, maybe he will get to "dot the 'I'" in the Ohio State Marching Band?) He is an avid golfer, and
unfortunately usually better than his dad. (The Jerk!) He's as tall as Dad, his voice is deeper . . . but Dad still has him
on better looks! LOL
